Remembered how comforting it was that M stayed with me...he worked at the same hospital as me...he stayed till the ambos took me away..I know M like he knows me yet we have never talked...well really talked..just know the existence of each other..
he came about the same time as me...yet he is leaving soon..
then the ambos...was so relieved when they came...knew I was in good hands..had my eyes closed the whole time..didn't want to open them...didn't like the look of my finger..it was about 60-70degrees out...was scared...thought I'd never play my flute again..
the doctor was kind...he said...you'll scar..but hopefully minimum...I am a perfectionist...3 stitches..I laughed...not worried about my nose...as long as my finger is okie I am happy...
he assured me I can still play my flute...lol
at the moment I have to keep it strap to my index for the next 2-3 weeks..but I have to keep it moving so it doesn't stiffen up...and the stitches need to come out in 7 days...
got to EMD about 230pm..or there about..wasn't let out till 6pm..they stitched..they strapped..they gave me a drip...an antibiotic cover...
the only thing they didn't give me was a drink or food...lol..so missed my lunch...
